1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active shipping offer will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Resilia® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
6. Delays
Shipping delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Resilia® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing, but we will do our best to help if an issue occurs.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
8. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges depending on your country’s rules.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers are responsible for making sure the product can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.
