Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Products must be purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for support. We cannot assist with items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers.

Customers are responsible for checking their shipping details before placing an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
